Parents going through divorce are stressed and don’t have a lot of time. Parenting on a good day is hard and time consuming. Then, adding in all of the time involved with meetings and gathering information for a divorce, not to mention the distraction of the pain, loss, and stress, basically adds at least another part time job on top of parenting and whatever day job a parent may hold. All that to say, that it’s a lot!  Parents don’t have a lot of extra time on their hands, but they are concerned about the impact on their children. Parents want to do their best for their children and good information can help them do that. In that spirit, I’m sharing some of my favorite books related to co-parenting and divorce adjustment for children that I recommend on repeat, ideally to save you the time to look titles up for yourself.
