May is mental health awareness month so I am focusing on what is so important about your mental health and offering ten tips to support your mental health and well-being as well as five resouces to educate and support you.

Mental health is integral to your overall health, your well-being, your relationships, your job performance, pretty much all aspects of your life! Your mental health is what will help you cope with stress and manage challenges; maybe even grow from the challenges. Taking good care of your mental health is a gift you give to yourself, as is taking care of your physical health. They are interrelated.
